Here’s the news for the second week of May 2026.
New Owners
The Bob Johnson home (last home on the north side of the neighborhood) has been sold to an investment company, JH Property Resolutions and Relief LLC. They are going to remodel the home and then resell it. They anticipate that it should be ready for sale in about 3 months. We welcome the new, temporary, owners.
Sprinklers
The sprinklers are going to be turned on this week. Please monitor the sprinklers around your home. If you notice some malfunctioning sprinklers, please let us know by submitting a Landscaping/Sprinkler Issue.
Fertilizer/Weed Control
Once the sprinklers have been turned on, the fertilizer, and lawn weed control can be applied. This should happen this week (May 13th-16th 2026).
Lawn Aeration
The aeration will happen in a couple of weeks (end of May 2026). They need to wait for the ground to soften up enough to aerate.
Architectural Review Reminder
As a reminder, if you are going to change anything on the outside of your home, you need to get it approved by the Architectural Review Board.
