As mentioned in a previous post, we have not turned on the water because we have a major leak. It is losing over 500 gallons an hour (10,000 gallons a day). Until we can find and fix this leak we are going to leave the water off.
If you want, you can use your own house taps to water the lawn around your homes until we get it fixed.
This leak was present last year as well. You may recall that the water cost us an additional $8000 last year. This caused the HOA to increase your monthly assessment. Much of this can be attributed to this water loss.
I will keep you posted on the progress of finding and fixing this leak.
