This page lists the minutes of the most recent HOA Board/Trustee Meetings. Click on the month and year you want to view. According to a new State law passed in 2025, a member has the right to inspect the minutes and the financial statement for the previous three years.
The association must make available to all unit owners a copy of the association’s: (2025 HB 217 HOA Modifications)
- governing documents;
- most recent approved minutes;
- most recent annual budget and financial statement;
- most recent reserve analysis; and
- certificate of insurance for each insurance policy the association of unit owners holds.;
- management committee meeting minutes from the previous three calendar years;
- a profit and loss statement for the previous three fiscal years;
- a balance sheet for the previous three fiscal years.
