SPRINKLER LEAK FIXED!

I’m thrilled to tell everyone that the 10,000 gallon per day sprinkler leaks have been fixed.

We had Justin Freeman from the Cutting Edge Landscape company come out yesterday. He went to every sprinkler valve in the HOA and repaired all of them that had leaks. Some of the leaks were minor, others, such as the valve next to Lyn’s home, were major. The area behind Lyn’s and Darlene’s home was being flooded constantly. As of today, we have had no water leaks!

The sprinklers will come on tonight and every Sunday, Tueday and Thursday going forward. We hope to start seeing some green grass pretty soon.

As always, if you notice any landscaping or sprinkler issues, please enter them on the Trimble Creek HOA website.

Some of you have expressed concerns about trees overgrowing your porches. Now that the sprinkler leaks have been addressed, I will be contacting our tree company to do some trimming and fertilizing of the trees

Also, now that the sprinklers are on, Shaun will be doing lawn aeration and fertilization. I’ll let you know when that will occur.

Thanks for your patience!
