2000 Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs)
There was a May 13, 1999 Version of these CC&R’s, but they were totally replaced with the following document. See the third Whereas statement that states “Declarant is desirous of amending the Original Document by completely restating the said Original Document…”.
